It is imperative that you contact us before returning an item so we can best direct you on how to proceed as the return address may not match the original address from which the product was shipped due to our network of fulfillment centers.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn and unwashed. The items must be returned within 30 days of the order.
The items must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.
We reserve the right to not process a refund if it does not meet the criteria. If it meets the criteria, we will be happy to exchange the item for a different size or refund the order once the original item is in our possession.
Please note, due to variations in monitor settings, color settings, lighting differences and variations in dyes, your product may not be reflected exactly as it is shown online. We cannot offer an exchange for items due to unexpected colors for this reason as additional shipments are likely to reflect similar color concerns.
Damaged, misaligned or mislabeled items
If an item arrives damaged or mislabeled accidentally, we will be happy to assist in replacing the item free of charge. All of our items are hand screen printed and manually aligned for embroidery. This may result in some variances in the perfection of alignment, but if a design is severely misaligned and sneaks past quality control, please let us know as well. In order to do so, we will need to file a problem report. You should send us a problem report within 1 week of receiving your order. We will require a description of the defect as well as photos in order to successfully proceed with the replacement.
